The Seahawks (10-6 in 2018) are coming off a surprising run to the playoffs in 2018, after they were expected to be rebuilding and struggle. Led by quarterback Russell Wilson and an improved offensive line and rushing attack, the Seahawks advanced to play in a wild card playoff game last season. The Seahawks lost key players – Earl Thomas, Doug Baldwin, Frank Clark, J.R. Sweezy – from the 2018 season and will be tested in 2019.

The Broncos (6-10) have a new coach (Vic Fangio) and a new quarterback (Joe Flacco) after a disastrous two seasons under the now-fired Vance Joseph. Running back and former Oregon Ducks’ star Royce Freeman is in a battle with Phillip Lindsay for the starting spot. Rookie linebacker and former Duck Justin Hollins is likely to see plenty of reps.
